THE FLAG Wiesbaden

In Wiesbaden, a vacant office tower on Dürerplatz is being gutted, renovated, and transformed by THE FLAG into high-quality living space for seniors under the name Senior Living Wiesbaden. The result will be 65 barrier-free apartments with generously landscaped balconies. The project is relying on Schöck Isokorb® T S for the subsequent connection of the steel balconies. It ensures efficient installation with flexible construction times. The connection solution guarantees fast, economical screw connection to the steel structure and does not require any curing times or temporary supports. Installation was quick and smooth; load transfer is reliably ensured even with high loads of up to two tons per balcony. Schöck Isokorb® T S thus offers a practical solution for existing building conversions and new construction projects that require speed, flexibility, and cost-effectiveness.
