Civil Engineer / Product Engineer (m/f/d)  for Sweden

Location: Sweden – Greater Göteborg or Stockholm area or South Sweden, Strong Field-Based Role

Schöck is seeking a technically strong and customer‑focused professional to further expand our presence in the Swedish construction market. In this strong field‑based role, you will work directly with engineers, architects, and construction partners across Sweden to drive specifications and support projects from early design to on‑site execution.

Native-level Swedish and fluent English are mandatory.

Your Responsibilities

  • Strengthen Schöck’s visibility and brand presence in the Swedish market.
  • Increase the number of successful product specifications.
  • Actively engage engineering offices across Sweden to secure early specifications of Schöck products.
  • Spend approx. 70% of your time in the field visiting customers, supporting construction sites, and providing hands‑on technical guidance.
  • Manage operational engineering projects in close collaboration with the international Schöck team.
  • Offer technical expertise during the sales process to help win tenders and key projects.

Your Profile

  • Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or a strong technical backround.
  • At least 4 years of experience in technical consulting within building construction.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with engineers and site managers.
  • High flexibility and willingness to travel extensively across Sweden.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CAD, and project management tools.
  • Confident presentation and training skills; ability to build strong customer relationships.
  • Native‑level Swedish and fluent English (required).
  • Category B driving licence
