The amount and payment of the participation is bindingly stipulated in corresponding agreements. To ensure that employees are also well provided for in their old age, they are supported by an attractive interest rate and an employer subsidy of 50% on the monthly savings instalment up to a maximum limit as part of the Schöck pension scheme.
