Sustainability Report - Schöck AG 2022

Work-life balance. Flexible models for more freedom For an optimum work-life balance, employees can organise their working hours flexibly wherever work processes permit. However, this does not apply to all employees: As a manufacturing company, Schöck is bound by standard working hours on the production side. Employees who do not work in production can flexibly organise their working hours between 6 a.m. and 8 p.m. There are no core working hours at Schöck. Exceptions are staffing times in customer-facing areas, such as order processing, preparation of quotations or the Technical Design Department. A minimum staffing level must always be guaranteed here. Furthermore, the demand for remote working options has been increasing since the Covid-19 pandemic, also at Schöck. We want to satisfy this demand. All white collar employees can work remotely on five working days per month. In special individual situations, a flexible temporary extension is possible by agreement. The existing flexitime regulation in the company provides that employees can work 50 hours less than their regular working hours per month or exceed them by up to a maximum of 100 working hours. As a family-friendly company, Schöck also offers temporary or permanent part-time arrangements that allow a high degree of flexibility in line with the needs of family life. 84 Company Sustainability management Fields of activity GRI content index
