Diversity and equal opportunity. Diversity as an opportunity for Schöck The strength and added value of the company lies in the diversity of its employees. Schöck employs people with different origins and experience out of conviction. At Schöck, this includes over 40 nationalities. All employees are called upon to treat each other with respect and to openly oppose discrimination. Schöck has also formally committed itself to a ban on discrimination in its corporate Code of Conduct. Compliance with the Code of Conduct is mandatory for all employees, and violations are subject to disciplinary action and consequences under labour law, irrespective of the legal situation in the respective country.
