The colourful residential complex in the city area of Stockholm, Sweden, was completed in 2019. It consists 357 apartments in total, of which 172 are student apartments. The complex is the first project to apply the energy-efficient substructure VECO®-Isolink® by the cooperation Façade Solutions². This energy efficient substructure supported a colourful rainscreen cladding façade of ceramics panels by TONALITY GmbH. The Passive House certified VECO®-Isolink® consists of the façade anchor Schöck Isolink® type TA-S made of glass fibre composite material as well as the aluminium substructure VECO® of the façade specialist, GIP GmbH, Braunschweig, Germany.
