Training paths Schöck is a reputable employer in a region where many high-profile companies compete to attract motivated newcomers. With differentiated training and a strong network that includes schools and universities, Schöck makes the difference in terms of what it offers at its headquarters in Baden-Baden. The aim is to retain talented apprentices at the company even after they have completed their training and to systematically develop them further. The types of apprenticeships offered are based on the needs of the different departments. For this purpose, we work together with the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University in Karlsruhe.
