A healthy and protected working environment Great importance is attached to the health and safety of the employees at all Schöck sites. The occupational health and safety management systems at the production sites in Baden-Baden, Essen and Halle are certified to ISO 45001. Occupational health and safety aspects have been thoroughly elaborated and evaluated for the entire company at all locations. Emergency measures in the event of damage, hazard warnings, the wearing of protective clothing and warning signs are in place and ensured throughout. Furthermore, a large part of the existing office and social rooms has been modernised in recent years and equipped according to the latest ergonomic requirements. This includes height-adjustable desks, ergonomic chairs and work aids in production, which minimise the health burden on employees caused by lifting and carrying.
