Even the company's founder, Eberhard Schöck, put customers and employees at the centre of everything he did. The company management is geared accordingly to the needs of people. For us, trust, openness and dependability are values that are actively practised by the employees and reciprocated by the company. In order to fulfil these expectations, we have drawn up dependable guidelines such as the "Code of Conduct" in addition to the corporate values and established binding guidelines that ensure a fair, safe atmosphere at the workplace and enable a good work-life balance. For us, the central element of cooperation is an ongoing dialogue. It creates participation, co-determination and appreciation.
