Control authorities Schöck is well positioned in terms of personnel to effectively monitor compliance with these rules and to intervene if necessary. The Head of Compliance and other compliance officers act as control authorities and as the first point of contact for reports of violations. These are treated as strictly confidential in order to ensure an unbiased investigation of the incidents. No employee may suffer any disadvantage as a result of compliance with the law or Schöck regulations. This applies also to employees who point out irregularities. The following excerpt from the Schöck Code of Conduct underlines the importance of the relationship with suppliers for the company.
